Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may on occasion differ from the actual product, however items will be of a similar quality and standard.
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notification, however prices for existing orders will be honored where correct. and we will make every effort to inform you of any price changes as and when they occur.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your car is correctly setup and/or tuned to accept any relevant products sold. It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is fully road legal if it is to be used on a public road. It is your responsibilty to inform your Insurance company of any modifcations made to ensure your vehicle is adequantly insured. You must ensure the goods are suitable for your vehicles year and model.
Whilst we try and keep most items in stock to enable us to deliver to you promptly, there may be times when an item is out of stock and awaiting delivery in to us. We will advise you as soon as possible if this is the case along with an expected delivery date. At times we may arrange for an item to be dispatched direct from our supplier to enable you to receive your order faster. We will not be held responsible in any way for costs incurred (including fitting costs or aborted garage costs) due to delays in delivery of your order.
Delivery - UK
Prices quoted upon our website during checkout relate to UK mainland delivery and depending on size of parcel may not cover Scottish Highlands and Islands. Therefore if you require your order sending to an address in Scottish Highlands or Islands there may be a small additional delivery charge over and above that shown during checkout, if this is the case we will contact you to take payment for additional amount when processing your order.
We regret that we cannot ship to BFPO addresses.
Any dispatch or delivery dates provided by Scoobyworld Ltd for disptch or delivery of goods must be viewed as an estimate only.
We offer 2 delivery services - `Standard` where we aim to dispatch your order in 2-4 days and `Priority` where we aim to dispatch in 1-2 business days. Please be aware this is a guide only and represents business days (monday to friday) and not weekends or public holidays. If we are unable to meet this dispatch target (for example if we are awaiting stock) we will contact you via email. Please note this refers to dispatch times and not delivery times
We reserve the right to decide how best to dispatch your order to you. In general small packages will usually be sent via Royal Mail, and may require signing for. Royal Mail parcels whilst usually arriving next day following dispatch can take up to 14 working days to arrive.
Medium sized and large sized packages will usually be sent via courier and will require signing for. The courier will only attempt 2 deliveries to your address. If both deliveries are unsuccessful (if you are not available to sign for the goods) the goods will be taken back to the Courier’s depot and you will need to visit their depot in person with proof of ID to collect the goods. If the goods are returned to the Courier’s depot and you require them to be re-delivered to your address again, this will be chargeable at £10.00. If you do not collect the goods within 3 working days following the return to the depot, the goods will be returned to us. A returns charge of £8.00 is payable at this point, and this will be deducted from a refund if you wish to then cancel your order. If instead you require re-delivery back out to you will be chargeable at original delivery price, plus the returns charge.
Delivery - Outside of UK
Shipping prices for orders outside of the UK are displayed upon checkout. Overseas orders take longer to arrive than UK mainland orders. We regret that we cannot ship to BFPO addresses
Once an item is fitted/installed it enters the Products Warranty period. The period of the warranty varies depending on product. No warranty other than that provided by the products manufacturer is supplied by Scoobyworld Ltd. Warranty is registered only to the original purchaser of the goods and is not transferable to another person. Any warranty will be null and void if the product has been modified in any way after sale, is incorrectly fitted or shows signs of misuse. Product warranty will never exceed the cost of the original goods. Any and all warranty associated labour charges, fitting and/or re-fitting charges and/or associated costs, repair and/or consequential losses are not covered by manufacturers product warranty and will also not be covered or contributed to by Scoobyworld Ltd. Any and all associated courier and/or delivery costs are not covered by warranty and will not be covered or refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items & shortages: If when you receive your goods you believe them to damaged in transit, incorrect or faulty / short, you must inform us in writing (email to email@example.com) within 48 hours of receiving delivery. We will not entertain claims made outside of this period. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We will do our utmost to resolve shortage issues as soon as is practicable.
If you have received incorrect goods or goods damaged in transit and require replacement we will need to receive these back prior to dispatching a replacement(s). We can normally send you a Post Office Returns label (UK only) by email for doing so. However, we realise that this is not always possible, due to time constraints or the need to continue use of your vehicle, therefore we do offer an advance replacement option. With this option we will dispatch to you a replacement item (depending on stock availability) prior to receiving the incorrect/damaged item(s) back and will take payment card details from you prior to dispatch. We will contact you by telephone to obtain these details. You will not be charged for the replacement item as long as the incorrect/damaged item(s) is returned to us within 7 working days following receipt of the advance replacement. If the incorrect/damaged item(s) is not returned to us within 7 working days you will then be charged the full cost of the replacement item on the payment card you provided. This will then be refunded in full once the incorrect/damaged item(s) is received by ourselves, up to a maxiumum of 28 days.
Unwanted Goods: You have a right to cancel the contract within 14 days starting the day after receiving delivery of the goods. You must inform us within this 14 day period by either emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01509 266 400 of your intention to return an item, following which you must return the goods to us within 14 days, at your cost. Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted and you will be charged a courier fee to return them to you. The items must be returned complete, unfitted, unmodified, undamaged and in re-saleable conditon including all the original packaging which must also be undamaged.
No refunds whatsoever will be given on goods that that show signs of being installed, modified, scratched or defaced in any way or incomplete or in damaged or missing packaging
If having a product professionally installed or sprayed / painted, you must ensure the correct part has arrived and you are 100% satisfied with the quality and fitment prior to commencing installation or (in the case of body styling parts) painting / spraying. We will not accept returns on items that are sprayed / painted. We do not cover costs of installation.
It is your responsibility to pay for the return of goods and ensure that they are adequately insured, and returned in good order, including packaging.
i) Any body styling that has been painted or primed by you cannot be returned once purchased. Therefore please ensure any styling or bodyparts fits your vehicle prior to spraying. This does not affect your statutory rights.
ii) Wheels can not be returned once they have been fitted with tyres, therefore you must double check wheels fit prior to installing tyres. Any wheels supplied by us pre-fitted with tyres are a custom order and cannot be returned for refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
iii) Mat sets are a custom order and cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
iv) Fluids that have been opened.
Title of Goods
All goods remain the property of Scoobyworld until paid for in full.
The purchase of any goods from Scoobyworld Ltd is governed by English Law. By accepting our terms and conditions you are submitting the contract to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Out terms of sale comply with the distance selling regulations. Errors and Omissions Excepted.
