To use the voucher, simply call us on 01509 266 400 (during office hours) to place your order via telephone and quote your voucher reference.
Choose from either a physical printed Gift Voucher that is posted to you or an Electronic Gift Voucher which is emailed to you within 1 business day. If choosing the electronic version, any shipping costs will be refunded.
For orders outside of the UK Mainland, orders are sent via post and any excess shipping refunded upon processing your order.
Please note that Electronic Gift Vouchers are processed and sent during office hours Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
